Located northeast of Cusco, we ride from Cusco through the Sacred Valley going up the Andes passing through the Abra of Malaga (4,500m.a.s.l / 14,850ft). Then, we will go down to the jungle to arrive at the amazing archaeological ruins of Machu Picchu.
Sights: Sacred Valley of the Incas, Ollantaytambo ruins and the amazing ruins of Machu Picchu.
We leave Cusco in the morning and passing through Chinchero, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, then we pass from the Malaga pass (4315m). We also pass for Huayopata, Huyro and Santa Maria, before to arrive at Santa Teresa, where we leave the motorcycles. We take a transport from Santa Teresa to Hidroeléctrica and the train from Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes, where we spend the night.
Very early we go to the Aguas Calientes bus station, where we will board a bus that will take us to the citadel of Machu Picchu, there we will have a guided tour of Machupicchu, after approximately 2 hours of visiting, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, to then return in the afternoon to the hydroelectric plant and to Santa Teresa where we will spend the night.
We go back to Cusco, for the same road we did the first day. You also have the option to visit some places along the road.
