CONDITIONS

You need to have:

1. International driver's license.
2. Credit Card (For payment and guarantee)
3. Passport
4. Be over 26 years of age.

INSURANCE

All our vehicles have the following coverages:

1. Damage to the passengers of the vehicle and damage to third parties (Pedestrians) in the event of an accident.
2. Partial or total damage to the vehicle.

* The Insurance is valid only in Peruvian territory.

WARRANTY

This must be done through a credit card in the name of the person who will drive the vehicle. Import, is: US$ 2500

The guarantee will be returned once the vehicle is delivered to us in the same conditions in which you received it, if it had any damage, we will use part of the guarantee according to the import of repair expenses, if the damage is greater than the amount of the guarantee, we will use the full amount of the amount left by you and the insurance would cover the additional cost of repair. We will proceed in the same way in case the car was stolen.

DEPARTURE OF VEHICLES OUTSIDE PERU

For vehicle exits from the country, due to a new Customs provision, it is no longer allowed for foreigners to leave driving a Peruvian vehicle outside of Peru, so if clients wish to leave Peru, with a Peruvian vehicle, it must be be driven by a Peruvian citizen or resident.

Note: Normally the procedures that we carry out for the departure of vehicles from the country are carried out normally, however we will not be responsible if due to external factors this objective cannot be achieved, such as:

• Political crisis, strikes, stoppages, etc.
• emergencies
• Natural disasters
• Changes in customs regulations
• Situations external to our management
• In case you leave Peru:

1) To Bolivia: Peru and Bolivia do not have an agreement for these cases, so we will have to do the following procedure:

A Notarial Permit: Which is used to cross the border. This permit has a cost of US$ 1350

A temporary export permit: This procedure will be carried out at the Peruvian border (the process takes half a day) and has an additional cost of US$ 450 (This import is paid to a customs agency at the same border).

DIROVE Certificate (Vehicle Theft Investigation Division): which indicates that it is not a stolen vehicle, has a cost of US$ 75. In addition, 1 more day of rental must be added because to issue the certificate, it is It is necessary for the vehicle to be reviewed by the relevant authorities.

2) To Chile, Ecuador and Brazil, you have to pay only US$1350 for the notarial permission, it will only take one hour to cross the borders.

3) If you want to leave Peru to other countries with the rented vehicle, you have to pay more than 50% of the normal price

INSURANCE OUTSIDE PERU

In case you leave Peru, we include the following insurance:

Chile: The insurance is the SOAPEX which has a cost of US$ 50

Bolivia: The insurance is the SOAT which has a cost of US$ 50

* Not all of our vehicles can be used outside of Peru, please check with our office.

EXPENSES FOR LEAVING/PICKING UP THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE PLACE OF ORIGIN (DROP-OFF):

If you leave the vehicle in a city other than where you started your journey, you must pay the cost of returning the vehicle according to the distance. If the place of delivery of the vehicle is very far from our office, or the delivery of the vehicle is made during non-office hours, these services will have an additional charge.

Consider that our offices are not at the Lima Airport, so the client must pick up the rented unit at our Surco offices. On the other hand, if the client wants us to deliver the vehicle at the Lima airport, he must pay US Additional $65 dollars, likewise, if you wish to return the vehicle at the Lima airport, the expense will be the same (additional US$65)...

DRIVER SERVICES

If you want a driver for the rental vehicle, it costs USD $85 per day (8 hours a day)

Note: The food and lodging of the driver will be assumed by you.

MORE THAN 01 ADDITIONAL DRIVER (Client) If our clients want more than one of their members to drive the rented vehicle, they will have to pay an additional price of 25 US dollars per day (this price may vary based on the season and fluctuation in the insurance price)

ADDITIONAL

• It is mandatory to return the vehicle in the same conditions in which it was delivered on the 1st day of rental, it must be clean and washed, so it will be easier for us and the client to see if it has damage. Otherwise we will proceed to wash the vehicle (this has an additional cost of US$50 American Dollars) Then, we can only release the guarantee after having verified the clean and washed vehicle.
• The client must leave a guarantee of US$ 500 on a credit card at the end of the service, an amount that will be released after one month, upon verifying that there are no tickets and/or fines registered in the client's name.

IMPORTANT

At the time of making the payment, we reserve the vehicle desired by the client, however, if there is any reason outside of our management where the desired vehicle cannot be given, we will proceed to give you a similar one of the same category. For example: Unwanted accident, theft, etc. If there are differences in the price, the respective refund will be made.
