Salut Eric, Très bonne expérience de +/- 3.000 km dans le Sud Péruvien. Le paysage est extrêmement varié, souvent impressionnant avec ses hauts plateaux, ses vallées profondes, ses déserts et des paysages lunaires parfois ! Beaucoup de sites archéologiques et des gens très accueillants dans les villages. Les motos ont très bien fonctionné, ces Honda 300 XRE étaient un excellent compromis pour notre parcours hors des grands axes et des sentiers battus. Seul ennui mécanique : une crevaison ! Un bémol pendant ce trip : sur les grand-routes et dans les villes, les Péruviens conduisent comme des criminels, il faut vraiment faire très attention. Merci pour tout et un gran saludo para todo el equipo de Eric Adventures !

Todo el planning fue muy fácil, siempre estuviste al pendiente de nuestras solicitudes hasta encontrar el paquete que más nos convenía
La comunicación siempre fue oportuna y muy clara, la llegada aunque tuvimos retraso siempre fue fácil identificar a la perodna que nos recibía.
Los tours maravillosos, los guías muy profesionales y se nota que aman su trabajo, las comidas muy bien al igual que las transportación es.
Los pick ups siempre fueron en tiempo y siempre guiados pur tu agradable personalidad.
En general no dudadira en recomendaros o en volver.

I agree with Mark! We set this tour up so quickly, and didn’t do a ton of research on what to do while in Peru. This couldn’t have worked out better. Probably squeezing the sandboarding in at the end may have been a bit much, but we wanted to try it and you made it work. The traffic in the afternoon made our time a bit short, but we still got the experience.

Every day was better than the last, and I want to thank you for your attention to details and also for such great communication. We didn’t have to worry about anything...just enjoyed the adventure!

We have just gotten back to Australia after our fabulous Peru adventure.
We loved our Amazon tour. Our guide, Michael, was very good and went out of his way to give us a good and personalized experience. The resort was very nice and meals delicious. And we saw many animals that we weren’t expecting to see. Overall, a very enjoyable few days really!

My husband and I planed a 2 week holiday in Peru with our families. At the beginning we were a group of 4 and than we increased to 8 people.
From day 1 Eric helped me to plan my perfect holiday. As family and friends kept joining our trips he made sure that all of us were booked in the same hotel, flights and tours. Eric and his team were always available for me just in case I had any questions or someone else decided to join our trip.
While being in Peru we came across some situations where Eric was always there to help us. He takes care of his customers even though the tours were already finished and not his responsibility anymore.
How Eric and his team work is really professional and trustworthy. I can highly recommend them to plan your holiday. If you have certain ideas on how you would like your holiday to look like you just let them now and they make sure to fit all the activities you would like to do and also offer suggestions.

Anyway regarding the tour really everything perfect!
As for the staff, same thing! Everything's fine;
the guides perfect , especially the one of Machu Picchu that really made us so passionate!
A little less enthusiastic than Ollataytambo :-D but still clear and available.
For food always satisfied; the buffets were really delicious!
Transport very well.
Finally as regards your support we are super happy and satisfied!

I am pleased to give you a short feedback of our tour with your company since we really enjoyed it. First of all our guide, Natalia, is a delicious person, professional and absolutely friendly at the same time, flexible and attentive to our needs and questions. Besides, she knows a lot about the jungle and its inhabitants. She really made our stay!

The activities are interesting and varied and the timing was perfect for us.
The group was small, which is a real plus.
The description of the programme we received beforehands really fits with the reality, no disappointment then.
The lodge was perfect too and the staff adorable.
I'm actually sorry I have no suggestion to make.. it was our first time in Amazonia so we cannot compare to anything else..
I will certainly recommend your agency to anyone who makes their first steps in Amazonia.

I was in Lydia Kesler's group on the Inca Trail last month; am just now getting around to responding to her suggestion to contact you about the trip. I have to say, the food was outstanding, transportation and camping equipment all worked well,.

But what really made this trip most memorable was our guides - particularly Henri. I've had lots of guides in many parts of the world over the years, but he really was one of the best - knowledgeable, friendly, and always taking whatever steps possible to make the trip better. He's a treasure and really made a great difference.

By way of update, thoroughly enjoyable day kayaking. The guide and his colleagues were very helpful and courteous - do please pass on my thanks to them, particularly Shami (spelling?) who was very good, saying he learnt a lot from you!

I took one silly spill where my roll let me down, but Shami was nearby so no big deal!

Water was good and not too demanding but a long 8km drag across flat water and light Rapids before getting to anything interesting. Shami showed me his pirouettes but I thought I'd avoid trying through lack of practice! A bit different to sprint racing!

All in all a great day out, thank you again for organising.

We really enjoyed our time on the tour today. We were not certain what to expect out of the day but it exceeded any expectations we could have had. We found Hurley and his colleagues to be very professional, knowledgable and polite. Above all else we were very appreciative of Marco and his attention to safety and conditions. On our last rappel he noticed that lots of rocks had come loose and were washing away with the water. He assessed the situation and alerted Hurley of the issue and danger it posed. We appreciate this more than most as we have seen people injured by rock fall in the Canadian Rockies. Please pass on our most sincere thank you to Hurley and the team.

Hola Patricia, This is just a note to let you know that all is well here. The first day was handled very well by your contacts. Karen met us early at the hotel to take us to the train station. The train service was excellent. It was easy at the train station in Aguas Callientes because a hotel representative took our luggage as you planned and we were also met by one of your travel agents to help us get to Machu Piccu. When we got to the main entrance of the site we met our English speaking guide Jahid. He did an excellent job explaining everything Inca.

The hotel is wonderful. Simple but very clean. It is a perfect place for people with a simple budget. I also like that it is very close to the train station. We will see Karen tonight at the train station in Cusco.

Que les pareció el guiado en Machu Picchu… además como les namee el Bus Cruz del Sur es el mejor bus que hay en cuanto a servicio, nosotros consideramos asientos en el primer piso para su mayor comodidad que les pareció el servicio de este bus? Y como estuvo el tour en el Colca, el almuerzo y el tour en sí.

How are you?  Yes, I am back home in Australia and preparing for Christmas with my family.  I had a very interesting trip to Peru.  I'm very grateful that I had the opportunity to travel there.

Thank you very much for your great tour.  It was a lovely personal touch having someone come and talk me through what to expect on the tour and especially since I was travelling alone it was good to have someone meet me at Poroy one the way back to Cusco.

There was only one slight misunderstanding when I arrived in Aguas Calientes and didn't realise I had to go out of the train station passenger waiting area to meet the person from my hotel.  But that was soon sorted and I made it to my hotel for the night.

First of all, I need to apologize for not responding to your last email. I got it while I was traveling, and I put it aside to look at it later, but I never got back to it. I'm so sorry!. 

My inka trail trek was nearly perfect in everyway! The food was incredible and they changed my meals when they were serving seafood, which I don't like. They kept us so well fed and gave us snacks in the long days too, and the popcorn every night was awesome. The porters and cooks were so quick and efficient with everything and very helpful. My guide Ernie was probably the best part. He was so nice and helpful and knowledgeable! He let us go at a comfortable pace and was very friendly and so sweet! My trek was absolutely incredible and it was better than I ever imagined, honestly. Thanks so much for ll the help along the way. If its possible I'd like to write a review on your website along with my email. When I was looking into your company I emailed a few people on your website who responded with some great answers to my questions, and I'd like to be able to tell other people how great your company is!!!.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I was away from Cusco and thus away from the internet for about a week.  

I LOVED the horse back riding experience with Mr. Albizu.  He was fantastic, as was the homestay experience, and the horse I rode.  I give it an A +.  

The guides and the company for rafting were terrific as well.  I wan't so fond of the majority group of guests from one specific country who were not very considerate of anyone else but their own group.  But that's not the guides' fault.  They did an excellent job and I thought tried very hard to make it an excellent experience for us all.  I give the guides an A+ also.

Abbiamo fatto 4'300 km senza alcun problema, su tutti i tipi di strade/piste che il territorio del Perù offre.
Grazie mille per la vostra professionalità che ci ha permesso di scoprire in questo primo giro una nazione veramente unica, dai paesaggi alla gente che si incontra, alla cultura Inca che ancora oggi si respira sulle Ande.
Non è da escludere che ci risentiremo in futuro per un progetto un po’ più articolato al quale stiamo pensando.

Every thing change , weather hot like my home , traffic jam and taxi greedy .
For my trip that you arrange it ok for me . I am a man that not demand over pay . Trip at Machupicchu for me it very good . I love food that I can remember name it's cook with fish and lemon with onion . The restaurant near the waterfall , I have it's with beer for wait train .
Trip to Puno , it ok for me . But I am wonder that this trip have only 6 clients it not good for business

Apologies again for the late reply! Both the activities we booked with you were great. To begin with the Inka trail, our guide Victor was very well informed, very polite and knoledgable. He was always checking up on us throughout the hike to see if we needed anything, from having a break to taking us pictures. His level of English was very good and at all times we felt comfortable with asking him questions or anything we felt like. Perhaps one thing that could be better, was to increase the time we spent inside the ruins on the 2nd day of the tour and have a more detailed guidance and explanation. Other groups were spending substantially more time inside the ruins. Overall though, we were very happy with Victor and we would reccommend him to our friends! In addition we were very pleased with all the rest! The packed lunch was fantastic snd our hotel and dinner were also good! The information we received before rhe trip on the meeting was also important because we knew exactly what we were doing at all times.
the rafting was also top class. The crew there were fantastic and very proffessional! We would also reccommend them to any friends interested. Only thing that we were not completely satisfied was the dvd at didn't have many shots if us, but overall very good!
At this point i would like to thank you personally for all your helo that you have provided, with always being there to answer all our questions along the way. Thank you for all your help and hooe to see you again. Allthe best,

Once I was at the Cocoa Farm it was one of the most amazing experiences! Getting there and getting back were definitely not as fun, and a longer and much different trip than I was bargaining for. But I wouldn't trade what I learned for anything. Your Uncle and his family were so hospitable, and I really had the best time. He taught me everything I wanted to know and more about growing cacao in Peru, and they were all so welcoming to me.

Thank you for arranging our trip to Mallkini. It was a wonderful experience. 

Moises and his staff were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food at the ranch was very delicious. The quantity and quality were both great. In addition, the variety was great too. The ranch was great. We had the opportunity to visit the school sponsored by Mitchell Group, horse back ride and learn a lot about alpacas. The van drive to and from the ranch, although long, was enjoyable. Alberto was a wonderful driver and Patrick was a huge asset for driving to the ranch. He was very social and provided us with much, much information about Cusco, Puno and Peru overall. 

The experience was great. The cost, however, was quite high. If our school was not sponsoring our trip, neither Jesse nor I would be able to afford the trip. To make it more marketable, perhaps you can decrease costs in some ways. 

Thank you again for organizing the trip. Jesse and I look forward to working with Eric Adventures on our next trip to Peru!

Hi Patrick, 

We had a great trip to Manu. The accommodation was simple but nice. The food was very good, and our guide Jonathan was very knowledgable. My boyfriend liked him alot because he had a great knowledge of all the birds in the area. We especially enjoyed the walk around the oxbow lake. 

Our main suggestion would be that we were a bit disappointed we could not do the rafting due to the high water levels, perhaps there should be an alternate activity offered for when this happens, for example a longer trip up the river in the long boat later on?
