In the morning In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel to go to a small artisan coffee roaster in the colonial and bohemian district of Barranco, Bisetti roaster. Each day they choose beans ideal for providing the best Peruvian organic coffee in town. Then we are going to visit a traditional market in the district of San Isidro to taste local fruits and know their influence on the evolution of world cuisine. The next stop is at one of the best “cebicherías” of the city, in the district of Miraflores. Here you have the opportunity to prepare a pisco sour with a professional bartender and learn the secrets to prepare the perfect dish with the main chef. At the last stop awaits a Peruvian gourmet lunch in a prestigious restaurant of Lima. On route back to the Hotel we will have a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana. No Lima tour would be complete without admiring the pre-Inca ruins of this archaeological complex which have survived earthquakes even other buildings such as the Cathedral have been severely damaged several times.
Return to hotel. Accommodation.
In the morning transfer to Lima’s airport to take the flight to Cusco for 1 hour and 10 minutes approx.
Once in Cusco, transfer to the hotel to rest.

In the morning transfer to the train station to take one of the most impressive trains in South America, the Hiram Bingham, once in Aguas Calientes, we head to Machu Picchu on the buses only for passengers of the Hiram Bingham train, once in Machu Picchu you will have a guided group tour (guiding provided by train service).
Upon completion of the tour, you will have free time to explore Machupicchu on your own.
Accommodation.
In the morning, you have the chance to visit Machu Picchu by yourself, in the afternoon you will return to Aguas Calientes with the rest of the group to take the train back to Cusco.
Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

At 8:00 am we At 8:00 am we will go to San Pedro Market where we will find our chef, in order to buy all the supplies for our cooking classes, after completing purchases we are going to go to the restaurant to start with classes, we will prepare an entrée , main course, dessert and finish with a cocktail, what we can possiply prepare: Causa Limeña, Lomo saltado, Mazamorra morada and Pisco sour.
Return to the hotel.
