We take you on a nocturnal tour through the streets of Cusco to taste the food offered at different strategic points in the streets of the Inca capital; we will have the opportunity to visit one of the best restaurants in the historic center of Cusco in the company of our professional chef.
Around 17:15hrs, we will pick up our passengers in their hotel to go to the meeting point with our chef in the center of Cusco, we will receive a brief introduction and explanation about the ingredients and native products of Peru. We will start with a visit to the first restaurant, where we will taste different appetizers while the chef provides us with interesting facts about the national gastronomy. Afterwards, we will taste the delicious tamales of Mrs. Josefina, the tamales are known from the pre-Inca, Inca and Andean cultures and are made from corn and steamed. We will continue the tour until our second restaurant to savor different appetizers while we talk about Peruvian street food. We will continue crossing the streets of Cusco until arriving at the Callejón del Sol or Intik'ijllu, here we can give taste to our palate with one of the most outstanding plates of the Inca and Andean culture: the Anticucho, which is a fusion of African and Peruvian culture. And finally, let's try for dessert, the known "dona peruana", a Lima dessert popular throughout the country. The tour ends around 20:00hrs.
