You have to ask for our availabilities through our chat or by email as well and the complete your booking with a payment in advance. We accept all credit card with 5.5% commission, once you have booked, we will send you a receipt for the desired service.
This is not possible, because we have enough customers who need to rent motorcycles, it is mandatory to make the payment in advance to guarantee the motorcycle.
Since our number of motorcycles are limited, we recommend you to book as soon as you have contacted and asked for our availabilities. We do not accept last minute reservations.
Yes, You can start the rental in Lima or any other part or Peru or South American but you have to pay an extra pick up cost, we can send you a quote depending the place you want to pick the motorcycle up. It will be the same if you start in Cusco and finish the trip in Lima or any other part of Peru or South American, this will be known as drop off cost.
SOAT(Mandatory Insurance Against Traffic Accidents) is the Peruvian insurance for motorized vehicles. It is a basic mandatory insurance only valid in Peru. It covers only personal injury for a rider, passenger, and third party up to 5000USD in medical expenses per person in the event of an accident. This insurance is included in all our rentals.

In this case 70% of the cost on damage to the motorcycle is covered by the insurance and 30% is for your own expense. In case the damage is less than 300 USD, all cost is for your own expense. Damage to third parties is not covered.

According the time you want to pick up the motorcycle (07:00 to 19:00) we will send to your hotel a person who will take you to our office, then you have to fill out our contracts and sign it and pay the guarantee by Credit Card VISA or cash. We will give you the equipment for your trip, give instructions about your tour and for handling the motorcycle and road directions and maps if desired. Finally we will make a video about the motorcycle’s condition and the mileage.
No, the fuel is not included, we will give you the motorcycle with a little fuel and you will have to fill the tank in the gasoline station that is located one block from our office.
This will depend the motorcycle you will rent. For example: If you rent a Suzuki DR650cc, you can fill the tank full with S/.50 Peruvian Soles = US$16 American Dollars. This is enough to cover an average of 200 KM.
Yes, you will find gasoline stations in every town we have.
We hardly ever have problems with our customers during the ride, but it is happens, we will be always available to help you. We will provide you all our cellphone informations and you can call us when you have problems.
Expecting that the damage has not been serious, you can call us or return to Cusco. Seeing if everything is right with you and you do not need medical assistance, we will proceed to see the damaged parts and this has to be paid for you.
To know the exact costs, at the moment of signing the contracts, we will give you a file with all the prices of the parties, you will also have to sign this price sheet at the beginning of the tour.
We will review the motorcycle’s conditions, equipment and check the mileage. When everything is in order we will return your deposit.
