You can take a collective vehicle from Cusco or hire private transport. The trip from Cusco to San Pedro de Cachora is approximately 4 hours if you wish you can here buy the last things you need for the trip and return to take a bus of approximately 30 minutes to Capuliyoc. If you take a private transport, you can do it until Capuliyoc, it is from here that you start this magnificent adventure.

Day 1: Capuliyoc – Santa Rosa
The walk starts from Capuliyoc, all downhill to the Rosalina’s Bridge, from here it is all uphill to Santa Rosa, here you can camp. The Walk is approximately 11 KM this day. If you are not tired yet, you can continue for 3 KM more until Marampata.
It is recommended to climb the Rosalina’s bridge to Santa Rosa when it is not very sunny since sometimes the sun is very strong and causes fatigue and much dehydration.
